23-26 Lancaster Gate

This Grade II Listed Victorian building was erected in 1897 and consists primarily of white stucco facades, large windows on the lower & smaller ones to the higher levels. Restore London’s fourth successful project of a similar nature in the area, all of which included an initial full defect survey of all elevations, supported by a detailed repair strategy tailored to the project’ budget.

A comprehensive repair schedule was approved, and the team carried out the restoration to a very high standard. This was then followed by full preparation & redecoration to the Stucco. A new natural stone paved entrance way was added and stands as a fine addition to this beautifully restored building.
