9 Carmelite Street Internal Works

As Principal Contractor, the team delivered extensive internal refurbishment works to this Grade II Listed building. A complex, state-of-the-art M&E scheme was undertaken, improving energy efficiencies & meeting contemporary standards in lighting, power access & air conditioning. Extensive heritage timber works were undertaken including several ornate rooms in which retained original features were fully restored with all steel and timber windows completely renovated & traditional lime plaster details intricately replicated, new secondary glazing was fitted and full internal redecoration. New kitchen & bathroom areas were created & contemporary fittings installed. Existing internal stonework and terrazzo flooring & features were restored & revived breathing a new lease of life into this beautiful building situated on the bank of The River Thames.
