Arding & Hobbs

Appointed as Specialist Façade Contractor and working with Principal Contractor Knight Harwood, our works to this Grade II listed building included careful restoration of the existing facades, brick and stone cleaning as well as cleaning and restoration of the iconic Coppola which now forms a focal point for the stunning new roof top bar. Our skilled masons also carried out in-situ carving of one of four new logos added to the existing Bath Stone Cuppola, with the existing stonework and pre-existing indenting sensitively overcome to achieve a fantastic finish. The fabulous re-imagining of this building will provide a huge boost for the local economy, bringing life back to the heart of Clapham Junction through a mix of high-quality retail, leisure and contemporary working space.  Another fine example of the successful re-use and refurbishment of existing building stock for contemporary use.
