Located next to the Main BBC Centre in the heart of London, Restore London’s team successfully assisted ARJ to deliver this £7 million refurbishment Project – working throughout the pandemic shutdown, under strict Covid-19 protocols, to achieve completion in August 2020.

Carrying out façade cleaning and restoration to the listed façade brick and stonework along with large scale façade modification works including:

Engineered temporary works to allow the formation of new window openings, the introduction of new Portland stonework and brickwork to the 2 Storey extension and new stone surrounds to the retail units along the ground floor. Works were completed on time and within budget for the client Gascoyne holdings (London) The Architects Smith CH and ARJ Construction
