Harrods

Completed in December 2019, Restore London works included the installation of new retractable fabric awnings on noted elevations and extensive replacement of Terracotta blocks on the Brompton Road elevation. Adaption and modification of the existing structure and existing mechanical, electrical and public health services to allow new awning installation and terracotta remedial works.

Restore London worked with specialist contractors and design teams to develop designs to allow fabrication and installation of the new awnings (CPD). The project required fully designed scaffold to be installed to the full extent of the Brompton Road elevation of Harrods.  These temporary works were hoarded / concealed with a banner so that no element of the scaffold was visible during store trading hours.
