Leinster Square

Restore London Ltd were engaged as façade restoration contractor on the external refurbishment. Behind the grand white stucco-frontage with south-facing arched windows, 13–19 Leinster Square comprises five maisonettes, eight expansive lateral apartments & two luxury penthouses.

Restore London carried out full “tap test” & detailed surveys to the front & rear of the Grade II listed building. The team then paint stripped the entire front façade followed by matching repairs & stabilization of the ornamental features, sensitively re-introducing missing details and features. Finally, RL installed Portland stone copings before preparing and redecorating the stucco façade & porticos at the front of the building. To the rear facades brickwork as cleaned & repointed. The resulting refurbishment has won many plaudits for restoring these previously neglected buildings back to their stunning former glory.
