Mount Street

In conjunction with the Architect and the Main Contractor, we undertook a full conditional survey of the façades of the building offering options and technical advice throughout.

Exemplar trials and samples were carried out and recorded for all elements of the work.

The resulting cleaning and restoration project befits its conservation area setting. The scope included cleaning, restoration to Portland stone, red hand thrown and salt brown glazed bricks. Also included was the replacement of the cast iron rain water down pipes and guttering and new code 5 lead coverings.
