Parkside

Restore London executed this project in 3 phases, carefully programming the works in normal hours whilst ensuring all residents were unaffected and abiding by regulations set out by The Royal Parks. Tenants were frequently updated with our busy works schedule via newsletter. The restoration works involved installing a fixed safe access scaffold, then cleaning the building façade using a super-heated steam process that removed the surface soiling. Followed by a comprehensive condition survey of the building components, identified defects and decayed materials restored. All works were completed on time, to a high standard and to the satisfaction of the client and residents.
