Royal Court Apartments

Restore London Ltd were engaged as lead sub-contractor on the external refurbishment of the Royal Court Apartments Project.

Transforming this run down Victorian building into the beautiful, 4* Westbourne Hyde Park, a contemporary boutique hotel.

Our initial work consisted of carrying out a series of extensive and detailed defect surveys to pinpoint each repair required. Once the scope was established & agreed, the renovation process of seamlessly matching in the repairs to bring the facade back to its former glory began.

We undertook considerable and varied works including paint stripping, substrate repairs, the re-running of stucco render (both flat & ornate moulded with complex detailing) and new decorations which lifted the facade completely.

This, along with our new brickwork, new railings, window repairs, the renewal of stone steps and entrance floor tiling, all expertly completed, resulting in the entire revamp of the site into a classic hotel combining state of the art technology & a touch of luxury.
