St Peter’s Church

Formerly St Peter’s Church, Dartmouth Hill, originally designed & built in 1874 by Architect C L Luck, this magnificent late Georgian Neo Gothic style building was converted to high end residential accommodation in 1997.

Following extensive surveys & recommendations by the Restore team, brickwork cleaning & repairs to the upper elevations were completed. Meticulous profiling and measurements were taken on site by our Draftsman and the new Stokeground Bath Stone buttresses designed, procured & installed by our Masons.

Other works completed included thermatech cleaning of the external facades, brickwork repairs, removal of defective render and reinstatement of new brickwork to match existing, with leadwork repairs to lower roofs and rainwater goods on both elevations nearing completion. Timber & leadwork repairs to dormer windows were also completed.

All works were delivered on programme, a key element for this occupied building, and to the delight of residents who could not praise Restore London’s team highly enough.
