Swiss Re

Our design team painstakingly surveyed and reproduced individual templates for each radial replacement stone, while our delivery team resourced precise replications of the granite originally used, including our exact texture match.

Our team successfully tracked down the continental quarry concerned and using our network of worldwide agents we controlled and managed the manufacture, transportation, delivery and installation in line with the Clients exacting requirements.

The works also included a new bespoke, state of the art entrance matwell and the coordination of the revolving doors refurbishment, all planned in line with the Client’s quality expectations, phasing and programme requirements. Subsequently further works were instructed including the replacement of the 17th floor lift lobby and various other maintenance and repair projects.
