Claire is an experienced construction industry professional with over twenty years experience in providing quality & environmental management systems and business improvement support to blue chip contractors. Having worked for tier 1 contractors, seconded to major retail clients with large property portfolios, Claire has extensive experience in the performance management of sub-contractors, project processes and effective site set up.
With vast experience in consultancy & developing and implementing ISO accredited SHEQ management systems for SMEs, Claire ensures best practice on all Restore London projects. Her role includes the development of project specific management systems in consultation with our project teams, as well as developing and maintaining effective overarching business support processes.
