6 Upper Belgrave Street

Great care was paramount when undertaking these internal & external works given the building’s Grade II* listed status. External works included compilation of a detailed schedule of works consisting of window repairs, masonry repairs, decorations & leadworks.

Internally, communal areas were stripped & a new fire safety system installed including new emergency lighting & light fittings. The original stone staircase, ground floor & undersides were carefully restored with new Portland stone installed in the entrance lobby areas, complimented by newly French Polished handrails. Walls were re-plastered, lined & decorated. Of particular note, the installation of a new LED strip light to the internal skylight required the design & erection on an internal scaffold managed and procured by Restore London Ltd as Principal Contractor.
