Institute of Directors

Restore London were appointed as Specialist Sub-Contractor on this expert restoration project of the Grade II listed façade at 116 Pall Mall, home to the Institute of Directors.

Our works included specialist cleaning of the facades using a super-heated water system, hammer testing & surveying of all facades, flat & moulded stucco repairs, full external decoration, window repair & decoration & intricate picking out of the decorative frieze. Restoration works were also undertaken to the balustrades & iconic flambeaux lamps as well as cleaning & repair works to the 3 internal lightwells.

Restoration works were undertaken to all elevations as part of this extensive restoration project & the building enjoys a new lease life to mark its 194th year since construction. The Client and professional team were delighted with the quality, programme & project management outputs from the combined Curo and Restore London project teams.
